BEING AT PEACE WITH ALL MEN
Romans 12;18;
‘If it be possible, as much as lieth in you,
live peacefully with all men.
That is the holy scripture right there.

I remember my younger years as the
sole child in my house hold, my being all alone most times somehow heightened my level of hostility. And as my friends
would always say,
‘I had zero percent chill’.
‘I had zero percent chill’.
But as I became older, I have learnt a lot about tolerating people going forward;
Not every human being would have the same ideologies as mine, I often consoled.
This is saying that people would always have
contrasting characters and be differently opinionated. But then our diversities as over seven billion world inhabitants lies in our
varying characters as a people;
For instance, some people are snitches, a traitor, same time envious and boastful, while others would be considerate in nature, meekly, enduring and pleasant. And there are those that would be overly stubborn, and in addition be
lazy or surprisingly industrious.
This is outlining what we all could be in our diversities. Whatever the category you or the next person belong, learn to 'understand' people and 'gauge' how you relate with them, putting their 'different' trait to yours into deep consideration. This is to achieve the biblical verse that require us to;
Live in peace with all men.

And in
our various organizations, homes and neighborhood or in some other places, our endurance
should be heightened to accommodate people, this is as long as it remains non-toxic.
But if it is actually toxic,
there’s always a room for the real life un-follow button as it is on social
media. Be quick to boycott relation that doesn’t align with yours in a very
peaceful way, devoid of chaos and constantly getting angry.
Meanwhile,1 thesa 5;13- “And to esteem them very highly in
love for their work’s sake, and be at peace amongst yourselves.
So as we journey into the new week, live and let live.
Let go of toxic
relations rather peacefully.
Easy does it with getting angry; the health implication
of uncontrolled anger includes anxiety, high blood pressure and headache. It
could even lead to physical fight and abuse, assault, heart attack, stroke and even
self harm.

Heb 12;14- "make every effort to live in peace
with everyone and to be holy. Without holiness no one will see God."
