Anger is- Temporary madness

According to Wikipedia definition;

‘Anger is also known as wrath or rage. It is an intense and emotional state that involves a strong uncomfortable and hostile response to a perceived provocation, hurt or threat.’

Reiterating this, anyone who constantly gets angry also risks such physical conditions as an increased heart rate and an high blood pressure.

I know someone who has so much issues with managing his anger. And anytime he is angry he relish in a verbal war, one which causes him to expose the secrets of others just so he could spite them. These were topics he ordinarily would not have raised in public if he was in a saner mood, and so he always end up regretting his actions.

Some other times, he goes as far as destroying items not bothered if same was worth millions in amount,but at that point he always does not care.

            Ironically though, he is about the nicest and most selfless human I have ever known, but the angry mien has taken off the likeness people would have had for him as a result of the good traits he has.

I once had a tad trait too, it hurts me so badly that I had to take my time to reflect on it before making a 'really' conscious effort to stop getting mad at every situation that comes my way. The best thing anyone who has a temper problem can actually do to him or herself is to work on it. It is never a nice trait to live with, I can assure anyone.

           So to the angry, read books, avoid getting involved in what would irk you, walk away from angry situations or people whose character constantly brings out the temporary madness in you. Do anything henceforth, but not get angry. It all starts with the realization that extreme anger is temporary madness, or what other reason is needed to know that,  it takes someone acting under the influence of insanity to be engaged all of those mentioned earlier?

Nobody wants to be insanely, and also the possibility of developing extreme health challenges should scare any reasonable human to not get mad quite often.

First of all, it starts with the realization of the flaw, next is the willingness to change, work towards it or just seek professional help. Staying calm and very composed is sexy and matured, and a better version version of you would love you for it.

Anger is no better feeling, but a temporary madness that is warming up to outright insanity.”
