Note on Sunday; (Praise
Just because our needs are insatiable as human, we’ll always be in need of one thing or the
other.
From the start of our lives there's always a 'thing' to pray about. We are either asking God for good grades, doesn't matter if we've prepared well, but our belief in the supernatural powers and its abilities to turn seeming negative situations around, would not let us be, or praying to get a good job.
For promotion at work? We pray.
For a successful career? We pray.
Prayer for good health is often taken seriously too. Then goes the daily prayer to end up with a perfect partner, so also is a solemn declaration for Marital bliss. We trust God

The baby comes and we pray s/he doesn't choke on food.lol. Growing up, we commit the lives of our kids into God's hands. Nobody wants a problematic child anyway. Old age beckons and our kneels remains bended in prayer to God to keep us healthy.
Can the request ever seize?
Stated above is attesting to the fact that, there'll always be a lack of something at every stage in life. A clear indication that our needs would always not be met a
hundred percent. We'll always want more.
In this case, we find it difficult to praise God and it could become so difficult a task, that we seldom do it. When we receive from God, it is pertinent that we also return something to him to create a balance.

Praise fills in the space.
Prayers are targeted at God for us to get something in return. But because 'spiritual' protocols must be duly observed before requests are granted, it could sometimes take time. As against Praises that goes straight to the throne of the almighty for acceptance. No surprises it moves God so much he instantaneously answers the request of those that ceaselessly worships him, even in the face of their adversaries.
In other words, praises also appears to be in our favor in the long run. A win-win situation.
Praising God always is what he requires from us to him and trust me, for the one that maketh all things beautiful in his own time, this is not too much to ask.

Luke 17; 11-19. Jesus had met with ten lepers who asked him for mercy on his way to Jerusalem. Lo and behold, he required
them to show themselves to the priests, and as they obeyed, they were healed. Surprisingly
though, only one of them returned and with a loud voice glorified God.
Should we then say chances are that, only a ten percent of the world’s population
shows appreciation?
Act 16; 16-40 Paul and Silas got into trouble for a
miracle that came to fore through
them. They were being persecuted for the sake of Christ. But in verse 25, this duo decided to sing praises to God in the middle of their
unfavorable predicament, and they were set free. For choosing to sing praises over distress
prayers for freedom, their innermost heart desires was miraculously answered
too. Their chains got broken without them asking God.
2Chro
20;1-25; Jehosaphat became troubled when three towns made a move to wage
war against his. This got him fearfully praying for victory, until he had to tow
the path of praises in lieu. Alas!
Verse 22-And when
they began to sing and to praise, the lord set ambushment against the children
of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir, which were come against Judah, and they were
smitten.
23-For the
children of Ammon and moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount seir,
utterly to slay and destroy them, and when they had made an end of the
inhabitants of seir, everyone helped to destroy another.
He overcame three nations without a single bullet. Power of praise.
II Chro. 1-1-12 God
gave Solomon a blank Cheque to request for whatever he
wanted.
Why?
Because he offered 'a thousand burnt offering' to God. This is
an archaic way of giving thanks, hence equivalent to praising God very rigorously. For this alone, God granted him the request of being the most intelligent man this planet ever produced.
All of these however, are attesting to the fact that when we chose
to praise God over complaining incessantly, he moves in to give to us all of our heart desires in full.
Needless to say; “You can pray amiss but not praise amiss”
When we pray, the lord sends his angels to attend to our
requests, but when we engage in praises, it spurs him to be present to attend
to the needs of our hearts quite instantaneously.
The most acceptable
praise however is when you pray ahead of your blessing.
Have a fabulous week ahead.
